+**Q: What is included in my ticket?  Why is it £100?**
 +
 +A: The Player Price covers:
+  * Venue hire and insurance
+  * Full catering over the course of the event (meals included in your ticket!)
+  * The cost of creating props and costume for all of the plot we would like to run
+  * Purchasing of additional tents to provide further game opportunities
+  * The cost of us transporting all of the game’s elements to the site
+  * The cost of us owning as much kit as possible to costume our crew without cost to them
+  * Offsetting catering cost for our crew
 +
+The Crew price is a simple contribution toward the cost of catering (meals included in the ticket).
 +
+We have set these prices based on our actual expenditure from Event 3, factoring in increasing costs of food, fuel, ink, and other resources we need to create the best game experience we can.  We compared against similar LARPs and found that many have tickets in the £60-80 region but do not cover catering at all, meaning the actual price passed on to attendees is in the £100-125 region.  We want to be up front about what we're providing, and between the fully catered experience, the number of props we create as a small team, the easy-entry LARP experience we want to provide to players and crew, and our ability to maintain the quality of game and plot we love, we feel these prices are fair.
 +
+We recognise that rising LARP prices do present a challenge to many people, so we also offer [[Policies#Concessions]] to £80 for players (comparable with a £50 LARP ticket that does not include food) and payment plans in order to remain accessible.

 +**Q: Why can't I create a new Realm for //Tales Untold// after Chapter Three?**\\
+A: In order to allow us to present a playable Conquest game and to keep track of the plot threads we already have, we have decided to stop expanding the Conquest board and work with the Realms we have.  New characters are more than welcome (encouraged, particularly) to join any Realm they like, but after the Realms submitted with characters before the January 2022 original deadline we won't be accepting new Realm submissions.
